What Does This semen Analysis Test result Mean?

Name-ashis paul Poriod of abstinence-6 day Time of Liquification: 30 min Total quantity: 2Ml (normal1.5-5ml) Color: Milky white Reaction (pH): 8.0. (Normal7.2-8.0) Time of Voiding: 10 min Total sperm count : 38 million (normal range 60-110 million/ml) Motility. 1/2Hr(%). 1st Hr(%). 2nd Hr(%) Active. 70. 75. 70 Sluggish. 15. 10. 05 Non motile. 05. 15. 25 Other Cell Type: Pus cells: 16-18. /H.P.F R.B.C: 4/6. /H.P.F Epethelial cells:3.5. /H.P.F Morphology : Normal : 78% ,Abnormal:22% Please Dr.check my Report. This is oll ok.yes or no ? Help me.....

Understand your concern
Your liquifecation time, volume, Ph, motility and morphology of sperm are completely normal.
Now come to abnormal parameter.
Total sperm count should be > 40 millions__________38__slight lower side
But you have excellent motility.
Pus cell should be less than 5/hpf______16-18/hpf ____infections
RBC should be nil: but you have 4-6 RBC suggest either infection or blockage in the ejaculatory duct, abnormality in vessels and male genital tract.

I advice you to consul the urologist and go for following investigations:
Sperm culture, Color doppler USG of scrotum, Blood PSA, Blood sugar and blood pressure measurement.
Infections should be treated by antibiotics according to culture report.
Take healthy diet, rich in protein, antioxidant like fresh fruits, almonds, vitamin supplements, avoid stress and do regular exercise.
